Return Period
You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Return Conditions

All footwear items must be in unworn, new, and good condition, with original packaging, tags, and all accompanying accessories. We encourage you to try on shoes on a carpeted surface to ensure they are not damaged.

Return Process

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide detailed return instructions and the return address.

Please ship the item back as instructed. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.
Defective Items
If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a return label, and you will need to send the shoes back to us for defect verification before we can send out a replacement. If the original item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue an AADCshoes gift card equivalent to the original purchase value.
